Support Ticket Packages can be used at any point until the end of support of ApparelMagic Desktop.*

Clients currently on support plans have 30 days from the expiration of their current annual support plans to purchase Support Ticket Packages.

ApparelMagic Desktop users not on current support plans may purchase Support Ticket Packages until July 28, 2017.

ApparelMagic 10 Support Ticket Package Terms and Conditions: There is no obligation by either party to renew a support contract. ApparelMagic provides assistance for problems with specific demonstrable symptoms encountered during the appropriate use of ApparelMagic 10. These services are delivered on a case by case basis and ApparelMagic reserves the right to address one technical support case at a time; case support is only available to those on a technical support contract who are using the recommended latest release version of ApparelMagic if an update is necessary to address the issue. A technical support case is defined as a contact requesting assistance from the ApparelMagic support department and consists of a single issue and the reasonable effort needed to address that issue. If an issue consists of subordinate issues, such subordinate issues may be considered a separate case; ApparelMagic is the sole arbiter of what constitutes a support case. ApparelMagic reserves the right to refuse support in instances of unreasonable conduct, or failure to follow instructions or adhere to the support policies as may be modified from time to time. The ApparelMagic Support Ticket Packages covers the ApparelMagic 10 software system only and does not cover hardware, operating system, data migration, data consultation, FileMaker or other software consultation, personal training or customization. ApparelMagic 10 updates to the latest version, as long as updates are made available, may take advantage of new features or functionality made available by new releases of FileMaker platform products which may require upgrades to FileMaker products (purchased separately).

*ApparelMagic will announce the date support will no longer be available as soon as possible, but support for ApparelMagic Desktop will continue until at least August 1, 2018 and at latest January 1, 2022 depending on client demand. ApparelMagic intends to recommend qualified third-party consultants to our loyal clients once we no longer offer support.
