For all current ApparelMagic Cloud customers, to create your support center profile:

  1. Simply log onto ApparelMagic Cloud.
  2. You can access the support center by clicking the Help button in ApparelMagic Cloud, or by clicking below.
  3. Your username will be your email address. Your password will be identical to your ApparelMagic Cloud password for all registered users in ApparelMagic Cloud.
  4. To reset your password, reset your password for ApparelMagic Cloud. They will be the same.

Create a Profile

ApparelMagic Desktop Announcements
June 2017 – ApparelMagic Desktop has been the best choice for companies requiring customization over 30 years. ApparelMagic Desktop development is now complete. We now offer ApparelMagic Desktop as a custom software choice only. ApparelMagic will no longer be offering additional feature updates. Add-ons and customizations are available from third party providers only. Complimentary copies of ApparelMagic KnowledgeBase is available upon request, as long as available. ApparelMagic systems sold prior to February 1, 2018 will include 6 months of support. ApparelMagic will no longer be offering feature updates as of June 2017, therefore ApparelMagic will be discontinuing support packages and offering technical support case options only and/or recommending outside consultants. ApparelMagic will guarantee annual support packages, new system support packages purchased on or before February 1, 2018, technical support case packages purchased within 90 days of the lapse of annual support packages, and all obligations thereunder for the life of support of the product. ApparelMagic will announce the date support will no longer be available as soon as possible, but support for ApparelMagic Desktop will continue until at least August 1, 2018 and at latest January 1, 2022. This is an update to our December 2016 announcement.

December 2016 – Due to changes to the PayPal infrastructure production points scheduled for June 2017, the 360Works credit card module for encryption in ApparelMagic Desktop will no longer support PayPal gateways. Those who wish to upgrade this feature through 360Works may contact them directly as ApparelMagic will no longer be supporting this add-on. Due to changes in the PCI compliance requirements, the 360Works credit card module may become obsolete for other gateways by June 2018 for ApparelMagic Desktop. Those who wish to upgrade this feature through 360Works may contact them directly as ApparelMagic will no longer be supporting this add-on. ApparelMagic will discontinue releasing feature updates for ApparelMagic Desktop after 6/1/17. Add-ons are third-party software products. ApparelMagic Desktop will continue to be available for purchase and users may continue to customize and upgrade its features through recommended consultants such as QueCentric. Such upgrades will be priced separately. It is anticipated that ApparelMagic support will remain available to all ApparelMagic clients through 2022, and thereafter through independent consultants; however ApparelMagic reserves the right to not renew lapsed standard support plans or renew preferred and premium plans only.

September 2016 – As of October 31, 2016, all clients who are not current and active support plan members will no longer be able to resubscribe at the Standard support level. Inactive clients will be able to renew only at the Preferred and Premium support levels due to increased support obligation from clients with inactive support subscriptions. Clients who maintain support plans will have the opportunity to maintain their grandfathered rates, subject to terms and conditions of the plans, which may change from time to time. Support plan availability and options are subject to change.
