2022 was yet another fantastic year at ApparelMagic. Our team’s dedication to meeting our clients’ needs led to the release of more major tools.
From bank transaction sync for connecting directly to your bank, to new design annotation and an Adobe Illustrator extension, to Available to Promise reporting, this was a powerful year for our clients.

January
Multiple Cost Sheets per Style/SKU
Users can now manage multiple cost sheets per Style (including SKU specific costs) from the Cost / Price tab of the Style or SKU. These cost sheets are used when purchasing goods (raw materials or finished goods). Users can maintain cost sheets in multiple currencies, for multiple vendors.

Bank Transaction Sync
Users with Finance permission can add external bank accounts to ApparelMagic. Transactions will automatically be downloaded from these bank accounts, and categorized based on rules you define.

Warehouse Transfer Imports
Users can now import warehouse transfers via CSV.

Event Redesign
The interface for creating and managing events has been re-designed, offering a more streamlined user experience and the ability to toggle (when the integration is enabled) the sync of an event with Google Calendar.

Shopify Store Setup Wizard
When adding a new Shopify store to the integration, a guided wizard will walk you through and explain each available option in the store configuration.

Purchase Order Open Print
Users can now use the Print > Print Open command from the purchase order list to print a version of the purchase order printout where all quantities/amounts are replaced with the open quantities/amounts of the POs instead.

Adobe Illustrator Extension
Users can now download the Adobe Illustrator extension to seamlessly sync Illustrator artboards to ApparelMagic.

Available to Promise Calculations
We’ve introduced a new calculation used globally referred to as “Available to Promise”.
This figure is calculated automatically, in real time by factoring in current stock, WIP deliveries (from POs and projects) as well as your existing orders booked.

Users can now elect to send payment information from ApparelMagic to Xero for AR Invoices / Credits.

Prepack Ordering with B2B / Line Sheets
You can now allow buyers to place orders using pre-defined prepack quantities. You may optionally require buyers to use prepacks as well.

Gift Card Products
You are now able to quickly create a product that represents a gift card. This product can be sold on a transaction, used with ApparelMagic POS, used with ApparelMagic B2B, or synced with Shopify.
