Payment Terms

I authorize ApparelMagic to debit the bank account or charge the credit card indicated in this web form, for the noted amount on today’s date as a one-time payment. For an ApparelMagic Cloud subscription, I authorize my payment to recur for the subscription period elected for the services elected, until canceled with 30 days written notice before the next billing period from account holder to ApparelMagic. This payment method is for the system or services noted on the web payment form but may also be applied against any outstanding ApparelMagic subscription service I have elected. If I am not completely satisfied with my ApparelMagic Cloud service, I understand I can simply go to Settings > Subscription within my system to complete my cancelation form within the first 14 calendar days of registering on our website to create your subscription for a full refund. Thereafter, subscriptions may be canceled 30 days prior to the next billing date. For non-subscription services and systems, all sales are final. I understand that once a recurring plan is continued after the first 14 days, or a prior cancelation with refund has occurred, returns and refunds are not permitted. I understand that in the case of an electronic transaction, funds may be withdrawn from my account as soon as the above noted transaction date. In the case of an ACH Transaction being rejected for Non Sufficient Funds (NSF) I understand that ApparelMagic may at its discretion attempt to process the charge again within 30 days. I acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card or bank account, and that I will not dispute the payment with my Credit Card Company or Bank, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in this web form.
