Key ShipHero Capabilities
1. Sales & Wholesale Order Sync: Sales orders can sync from ApparelMagic to ShipHero for fulfillment, including both direct-to-consumer and wholesale (B2B) orders. Wholesale orders support ShipHero’s picking and packing flow, SPS Commerce ASNs with PRO and trailer numbers, and GS1 carton labeling.
2. Fulfillment Updates: Fulfillment updates from ShipHero, including allocations, cancellations, shipped items, tracking details, and carrier costs, can sync back to ApparelMagic.
3. Inventory Adjustments: Inventory updates and cycle counts from ShipHero can sync back to ApparelMagic as inventory adjustments.
4. WMS Transfer Sync: Warehouse transfers can sync with ShipHero, with outbound transfers pushed as orders and inbound transfers as purchase orders. Existing records are matched by reference to help avoid duplicates.
5. Product Tag Sync: Product tags in ApparelMagic can be included when products are pushed to ShipHero, helping warehouse teams keep product organization consistent across both systems.
6. Carrier Cost on Shipments: Carrier costs reported by ShipHero or 3PL Connect can be recorded separately from the freight billed to the customer. Teams can also choose whether those carrier costs should replace customer freight based on connection settings and shipping terms.
