When is the Summit?
The ApparelMagic Summit 2026 takes place on Thursday, May 21, 2026. The event series of events run from 4:30pm to 9:00pm ET.
Where is the event being held?
The Summit is being hosted in New York City, with the main event centered at NH Collection New York Madison Avenue. The evening also features a Cocktail Reception and Fireside Chat at The MAD Bar & Lounge and dinner at Serafina – Madison Avenue.
What can attendees expect from the evening?
Guests can expect an intimate evening of connection, conversation, and perspective-sharing around the next era of fashion technology and AI. There is a cocktail reception, a brand-led discussion, and a dinner - overall a more personal experience than a traditional conference.
What is this year’s theme?
This year’s Summit theme is “A Cut Above: The Next Wave of Apparel Intelligence,” with a focus on how AI is shaping fashion across design, planning, inventory, automation, and growth.
How do I register?
To attend, guests should request a seat through the event page. This is not an open-ticket format. Space is limited, and confirmation is required.
Is my registration automatically confirmed?
No. Seating is limited, so submitting a request does not guarantee attendance. Guests will need to receive confirmation.
Is there a cost to attend?
No, there is no cost to guests to attend the Summit.
Will the full agenda be shared in advance?
Yes. It will be shared the week of April 20th.
Is there a recommended hotel?
Yes. Summit is at NH Collection New York Madison Avenue, and the hotel has extended special rates for Summit attendees. Booking link in page above.

We recommend smart business or polished cocktail attire- something that feels professional, elevated, and comfortable for an evening of conversation, hospitality, and dining.
